Project Process Management (PPM) Update

Pure Green Consulting in house software, Project Process Management (PPM) is now in its final testing, with all the coding complete, the team are debugging and actively applying the software on the Stavro Wind Farm project.

The software looks to control processes, milestones, programme and allows for efficient use of time in logging of the project specific documentation.  The software has a built in dataroom, which is securely located in our London server, so all information can be readily handed over on completion of a given project.

PGC will be implementing the software across our projects from Autumn 2020.
